Claudia and Kaika are honestly some of the most loving people I have ever had the chance to get to know. They have worked so hard in their lives and have gone through so much together. I was so honored when they asked me to take some pictures of them as a couple and for their graduation. And I was even more honored that they braved the 40 degree weather with me for this early morning shoot!
A few things here:
First off, you better get used to seeing their faces because in just two months I’m headed to Hawaii to take their bridals and I could not be more stoked about it!
Second off, BRING DOGS TO YOUR SESSIONS! I’m obsessed with dogs and these two, of course, brought their fur baby to the session and it was so great and so fun! She is literally so cute, but not quite as cute as Nunus and Charles!
It’s fair season! Or at least it was and I was dying to get out and shoot a cute and fun couple at the fair and these two were just the people to take with me. We honestly had so much fun and it was the perfect double date that also included a photo shoot! We ate deep fried everything, had some bomb street tacos, rode almost every single ride (including the kiddie-coaster…. we may or may not have been the only adults voluntarily on there without kids ourselves, it’s fine, lol), and ate even more sugar! It was honestly one of the funnest nights and shoot I have ever had and now I want to make this an annual thing! I LOVE THE FAIR AND I LOVE MARIAH + KINGSTON!
Mariah has been my best friend for YEARS. She was one of the truest friends I gained at BYU. We have been through it all together... Heart break, summer nights, gossiping over the Bachelor and Spam. And we've been through all the happiest moments, like our weddings! Mariah and Likio are seriously perfect for each other. Tall, poly, and full of sass! They complete each other. I had so much fun having dinner with them, driving up the canyon, and frolicking through these fields of Poppies! I am obsessed.
You guyssssss. Seriously. Melt my heart! These two were so kind to model for me. We tried to go up to Alpine to these awesome Poppy Fields and we got there and..... like 2 poppies for all 30 people there taking pictures! It was so sad! We decided to make the most of it and hang out in the sage brush more (even though I got bit by an ant and screamed a little bit because it hurt so bad....). But s/o to these two beautiful human beings and for their love!
